After
breast surgery

• Breast operation for mammary augmentation or breast surgery for bust enlargement is achieved by means of silicone implants in breast operation for placing silicone implants in surgery through different incisions: lower periareolar, sub mammary or axilliary for silicone implants behind breast glands (retro glandular) or below breast pectoral muscles (retro pectoral).
• In breast silicone implants placement, implants volume for breast surgery and level of silicone implants placement in breast surgery for breast augmentation are carefully considered in each case of breast surgery, in order to enlarge or augmentate breasts through silicone implants surgery, in cases of lack of breast volume (hypomastia), whether primary or after weaning.
• Bosom surgery for bust augmentation or breast operation for bust enlargement is carried out on local anesthesia with sedation, for approximately an hour and a half of surgery, with a two hour recovery before the patient is discharged from operation.

After 
breast enlargement operation

• Breast surgery for bust augmentation is carried out on local anesthesia with sedation, for approximately an hour and a half of surgery, with a two-hour recovery before the patient is discharged from operation. During post-surgical recovery from breast augmentation surgery or breast operation, a compression bandage should be worn around the breasts at least for three weeks after breast surgery and local massages should be applied in order to keep the breasts mobile and soft two or three weeks after breast enlargement surgery or mammary operation (Nº 1).
• Breast augmentation surgery and bust enlargement operation have the purpose of achieving a natural bust and balance between breasts and the rest of the body.
